HI,
Recently I check this game link http://www.molehillgaming.com/game/away-sky-racer the game was built with away 4, game loading time is good, as I am on 18mbps net connection (in our office), but after it is loaded it respond very slowly and I experienced jerks and slugish movevent and in the game interface at bottom I see

Ram:508/599,
Polygon :50878
Driv : software (is it normal?)

Friends can you plz check the link and share your experience, do you get same slowness, I want to make sure that, its not an away issue. As I m planning to make a project on away, my client wont like any slowness in my animations.

It could be that your videocard is not supported by Flash Player to render in GPU mode.

I’m getting 55 - 60 fps with DRIV: DirectX.  It certainly sounds as if your display card is not capable of running Stage3D.

Should I get an extra graphics card or inbuilt graphics card is enough which comes with my motherboard?

First update your display drivers to make sure that your inbuilt card isn’t supported. Also update your Flash Player to the latest version.
If it doesn’t help, then you probably might buy Stage3D compatible videocard.

Refer to this document http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/stage3d-unsupported-chipsets-drivers-flash.html

You should take look at:

It shows the cards that are NOT supported.

When I visited above link I got this message created by a flash player.

Your gpu supports Stage3D in Constrained profile but not Baseline profile.
Baseline RenderMode:
Software Hw_disabled=unavaiable
Constrained RenderMode:
DirectX9 (Baseline Constrained)

As I am planning to start a project in away, and if my home pc too does not support Stage3d(gpu), can I still create such project that require gpu, I may not see the result I know, but at least latest pcs (users) can experience it, is it possible?

One more Q. Do I need to replace my pc with a newer one, or buying an external Display driver can save me?

You’ll be able to develop your application for running it in ‘constrained’ mode (new in fp version 11.4) which is hardware supported rendering with some limitations. You can read more http://www.bytearray.org/?p=4516 (-Increased GPU reach- section). According to the article (dated June 19th), Away3D framework ‘...should be constrained mode ready very soon’.
I’d like to know if it was implemented already.
