Problems on 3Ds Max export animation, rig

Problem with 3Ds Max rig animation export.

I already created the link biped bones. position constraint, oriention constraint. link every bone in their respective BipBone.
tried with only bones, and he seems to lose the pivot
the model’s own tutorial “MaxAWDWorkflow” if you remove the MeshSmooth
it bug the vertices.

I tried to use the rig tutorial, reapplying my mesh and bug…

Anyone know what might be happening?

I am adding .max if someone has a solution or suggestion i would be vry grateful.

On my projects I had the same problem with exporting rigged model from 3ds max. I found a better way to use open source Blender to do that. And it’s free…

Teichimann did you ever find a solution to this problem?  Either later today, Thursday, or Friday I am going to begin figuring out this area of away3d.

My first thought was to start with a very simple rig/model and go from there.

I spent 5 days trying to…
send to another animator friend of mine who also failed to export…

In the end we changed the engine to “alternativa”

First try the export worked perfectly…

Thanks for the reply Teichiman, can any senior members comment on this?

I have yet to dissect the maxawdworkflow project, just skimmed over the tut and got the project running in FlashBuilder.

As mentioned earlier I’ve allotted some time in the next few days to get this working with one of my models, but with Teichimann’s responses and lack of follow up from any one with success has me wondering if Alternativa3d is the way to go..?
