Away3D goes to Hollywood
July 11th, 2008
The brand-new Hellboy movie site employs Away3D for some fancy cinematic effects in this wonderfully crafted website. The folks at Crew Creative did a great job with Away3D and Flash, and deserve a round of applause from the Away3D Team!

Love the effects, great work. Just want to point out a couple of things.
But doesn’t perform very well. Music stutters…. not a clear loader when switching to the next or previous creature . And the scrollbar doesnt seem to do much, right now.

I can see no reason why this site needed to use Away3D. The hit in performance by using Away3D for such a simple transition seems ludicrous to me.
